Moxie is a student at Kuzco Academy . She is a popular girl, not really a bad girl, but an A student instead. She makes one appearance in Girls Behaving Oddly. In that episode, Kuzco appears to like her other than he does Malina . Mr. Purutu pointed out that she is really an A student just like Malina, but she does not tell anyone.
