The Royal Record Keeper is a character from The Emperor's New Groove and The Emperor's New School. His job is to keep Kuzco informed about anything of important and watch him at the Academy, always reminding him about his need of passing in the tests to become Emperor.
History[]
The Emperor's New Groove[]
He is in charge of notifying Emperor Kuzco that the time has come to look for a wife, among several candidates that he chose for him. However, Kuzco rejected all of them, scolding him for not finding better candidates.
The Emperor's New School[]
He appears from time to time reminding Kuzco that he must graduate from the Academy to become emperor, and making sure Kuzco fulfills his duties. In the series his blue suit from the film is changed to a red one.
